Hello! I’m Emma, founder of Clarity HR Consultancy, based in Bedfordshire. I’m a CIPD-qualified HR professional with a proven track record of building and leading HR functions from the ground up across diverse sectors including manufacturing, leisure, film and creative agencies.
Over my career, I’ve supported organisations through restructures, TUPE transfers, redundancy programmes, and complex employee relations matters, always balancing commercial priorities with empathy and compliance. I also have extensive experience in HR strategy, ISO and compliance frameworks, ensuring businesses remain aligned with best practice and employment legislation.
I’m particularly passionate about Employee Engagement, Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (ED&I), helping companies create inclusive cultures where people can thrive. My personal experiences with neurodiversity and growing up within the deaf community give me a unique perspective on accessibility and inclusion. These aren’t just professional interests, they’re values that underpin everything I do.
