currently in development by Clarity HR. Once built, it
will use the Six Lens Framework™ measuring an
organisation across six lenses: Expectations, Process,
Culture, Experience, Accessibility, and Communication to help organisations identify barriers, understand what
those barriers are costing the business in
recruitment, retention, and risk, and build a
workplace where more people can genuinely thrive.
Includology is being developed as its own platform. Clarity
